A therapeutic practice to show appreciation for our body, which holds the wisdom of healing and returning to balance.

Thursday, January 1st 

9:00 am – 10:00 am      Breath & Vitality : New Year’s Day Practice  $18.00

 Movements guided by breath, cultivating a deeper connection with the life force within and around us.

 10:10 am – 10:50 am    New beginning: Chanting & Meditation  $15.00

 Chanting to welcome the New Year, focusing on clearing obstacles and inviting blessings.
